General Terms of Sale
When picking up the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there is visible damage on it (torn parts and crushing), you should not pick up the package. In this case, please send us an e-mail with your details (name, surname, phone) to the address firstname.lastname@example.org and state the reason for when you refused to download a package. We'll let you know as soon as possible.
If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered or the invoice data is not correct, please send us, no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment e-mail with your details (name, surname , phone) to the address email@example.com and describe what problem you have. As soon as possible, and no later than 8 days from the date of receipt of the complaint in writing or electronically, we will respond to the consumer's complaint and inform you of further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its application.
The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase / contract within 14 days and in that case the buyer will be refunded the money from the purchase by payment to the buyer's account, as well as delivery costs. In the same process, the buyer will return the item to the buyer's address via the Courier Service.
If non-compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act appears on the purchased product, please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org
In case of return of goods and return of funds to the customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for return, Canvas Štampa is obliged to return only through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro methods payments, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder's account at the request of the seller.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used, which you can see at https://www.nbs.rs. The amount that your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding.
